Finding the sunny spots, all day long. I know it isn't so, but it feels like we are losing the light earlier than ever this year.
We went weeks without a single rainless day.
But the past couple have been gloriously and squintingly luminous.
We're soaking it up.
Love and light,
Definitely with you on feeling like we're losing the light so much earlier this year, we're all still completely off! (Though it's not the worst thing ever, my kids are ready for bed by 6 or 6:30 and I'll take that;)

I had that "losing light early" feeling one November several years back, until I realized it was the tint I had been talked into by the pushy seller of my newly prescribed glasses. I now wear clear lenses. (Maybe should consider rosie ones next time...)

Oh my goodness, I lost your blog link awhile ago (you were still in NY!) and just found you again and you are back in Spokane (where I live.) Your home looks so beautiful and I hope you are settling in - and warm. The windchill tonight is just downright brrrr.
I also had no idea we had a waldorf school in Spokane. We are homeschooling my children (4 and 5) to avoid the public system, though we have found a lovely homeschool co-op.
Anyhow, so glad I found you again. Your blog is so serene. I love it.
